Anderson Co., TN – Injuries Reported in SB I-75 Crash Near Rocky Top Exit

Anderson County, TN (June 28, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash on June 28 along I-75 Southbound past the Rocky Top exit resulted in several reported injuries. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the crash occurred in the late morning hours as multiple vehicles collided in the southbound lanes just beyond the Rocky Top exit. Responding officers and paramedics arrived shortly after 10:00 a.m. to find damaged vehicles blocking multiple lanes. At least two individuals sustained injuries in the crash. One victim was evaluated at the scene, while another was transported to a nearby medical facility for further treatment. Their current condition has not been disclosed. The exact number of vehicles involved has not yet been confirmed, but images from the scene show heavy damage to at least two sedans and a pickup truck. The cause of the accident remains under investigation by the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
