Andersonville, TN – Accident on I-75 near MM 126 Ends in Injuries

Andersonville, TN (March 6, 2023) – A motor vehicle accident took place in Anderson County on Sunday morning that resulted in injuries.

Just after 11:00 a.m. on March 5, the Tennessee Department of Transportation notified officials that multiple vehicles collided on the southbound side of Interstate 75.

Authorities arrived at the scene and located damaged vehicles blocking the southbound side of the road in the area near mile marker 126. Authorities began to remove the debris from the lanes of travel.

Multiple tow trucks were requested at the scene to remove the damaged vehicles.

Emergency medical services responded to care for injured victims and transferred them to local hospitals.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
