Atlanta, GA – Fatal Pedestrian Crash on I-75 Connector near Pine St 

Atlanta, GA (April 12, 2024) – Early morning on April 12th, a fatal pedestrian collision occurred just before 2:30 a.m. on the I-75 connector near Pine Street. Sadly, a woman lost her life in the incident. According to reports from Atlanta police, the woman was struck by a vehicle while walking on the interstate. Despite efforts by the driver and other motorists to avoid her, the collision proved fatal. The driver involved in the incident remained at the scene, cooperating with authorities during the investigation. The identity of the deceased woman and the circumstances leading to her presence on the interstate are yet to be disclosed as investigations continue.
