Atlanta, GA – GDOT Reports Injury Accident on I-75 near Langford Parkway

Atlanta, GA (February 13, 2023) – Just before 6:45 p.m., on February 12, troopers with the Georgia Highway Patrol were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 75.

According to the Georgia Department of Transportation, a collision between vehicles blocked the southbound side of Interstate 75. The incident caused delays in the area just before Exit 243 at Langford Parkway.

Firefighters responded to the scene of the accident to provide assistance.

Paramedics were called to the scene to provide medical care to victims who suffered injuries as a result of the accident. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further medical care.

The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently being investigated.
