Atlanta, GA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-75/Northside Dr, Injuries

Atlanta, GA (April 1, 2025) – A serious multi-vehicle accident on southbound Interstate 75 past Northside Drive (Exit 252) resulted in injuries on April 1. The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) confirmed that the Georgia State Patrol (GSP) and other emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after 10:00 a.m. Emergency responders provided on-site treatment to multiple individuals who were transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. Officials have not disclosed the severity of the injuries. The travel lanes remained blocked for nearly an hour while crews worked to clear debris. Motorists were urged to exercise caution and seek alternate routes.  The cause of the accident is under investigation.
