Bartow Co, GA (April 25, 2025) – A two-car crash injury occurred on Friday morning, April 25, on Interstate 75 south at Old Allatoona Road (exit 283) in Bartow County, causing significant delays and blocking the right lane of traffic. The accident was first reported around 7:33 a.m. as morning commuters experienced heavy backups due to emergency response operations on the scene.

Authorities stated that two vehicles were involved in the collision in the right lane under circumstances that are currently being investigated. Bartow County Fire Rescue and local police responded promptly, working alongside traffic management crews to control the situation. Firefighters assisted in removing occupants from the vehicles, with at least one individual needing to be extricated from a heavily damaged car. Paramedics on-site provided emergency care to multiple injured victims.
