Bay City, MI – Collision with Injuries Reported on I-75 near MI-13 Connector

Bay City, MI (February 26, 2023) – Major traffic delays were reported in the Bay City area following an automobile accident that took place on Friday evening and left at least one person injured.

The accident was reported to the Michigan State Police at approximately 6:00 p.m. on February 24.

According to reports, a car crash took place on the northbound side of Interstate 75. The incident blocked the right lane of travel in the area after the Michigan State Route 13 connector.

The Michigan Department of Transportation reported that the collision caused delays that extended from Exit 164 back to Exit 162 as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.

At least one person was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries as a result of this crash.

The incident remains under investigation.
