Butler, OH – Accident with Injuries Reported on I-75 near I-275 (Exit 16)

Butler, OH (February 1, 2023) – Emergency officials responded to provide assistance at the scene of a major traffic crash that took place in Butler that left at least one person injured.

On January 31, calls for assistance were received regarding a traffic accident on Interstate 75. At around 10:40 a.m., a traffic accident blocked the northbound side of Interstate 75. The incident caused disruptions near Interstate 275 at exit 16.

Authorities worked quickly to clear the scene of the accident, which caused stop-and-go traffic that extended back to Neumann Way.

At least one person suffered injuries due to the traffic accident and was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for further treatment.

The circumstances surrounding the traffic accident are currently being investigated.
