Butler, OH – Injury Accident Reported on I-75 near Butler Regional Highway

Butler, OH (March 8, 2023) – The Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to provide assistance at the scene of a car crash that took place in Butler and ended in injuries.

At around 2:25 p.m. on March 7, authorities were notified that an automobile accident had taken place on Interstate 75.

Preliminary reports show that a collision blocked the right lane of travel on the northbound side of the interstate. The incident prompted officials to close off a portion of the road near the Butler Regional Highway.

Authorities reported stop-and-go traffic that extended back to Taylorsville Road between Exits 24 and 22.

Emergency medical services responded to the scene of the crash to care for the injured victims. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further medical care.
