Campbell Co., TN – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-75 SB at MM 157 Causes Injuries

Campbell County, TN (February 22, 2025) – A serious multi-vehicle crash occurred on the southbound lanes of Interstate 75 near mile marker 157 around 4:07 p.m. on February 22, resulting in injuries among the occupants of the involved vehicles. Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) and Campbell County emergency responders arrived at the scene to assist those involved.

Several individuals sustained injuries, with paramedics treating some at the site and transporting others to nearby medical facilities for further evaluation. Authorities closed multiple lanes while conducting an investigation and working to clear the wreckage. The cause of the accident is currently under review.
