Campbell Co., TN – Three-Vehicle Wreck Leaves Injuries on I-75/MM 136

Campbell County, TN (February 27, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash involving an 18-wheeler and two other vehicles resulted in injuries on Interstate 75 northbound at Mile Marker 136 on Thursday, February 27. The Tennessee Highway Patrol responded to the scene, where several individuals sustained injuries in the wreck. Emergency medical services assessed those involved, with one individual transported to a local hospital for further treatment.

The severity of the injuries remains unknown at this time. Traffic in the area was brought to a near standstill as authorities worked to remove the wreckage and investigate the circumstances of the crash.
