Caryville, TN – Injury Crash on I-75 SB Exit Ramp in Campbell County

Caryville, TN (May 11, 2025) – A crash involving multiple vehicles caused injuries on the southbound exit ramp of I-75 at Exit 134 in Campbell County during the morning of May 9. The Tennessee Highway Patrol and Campbell County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene, where several vehicles were involved in a collision while merging onto the exit ramp. Multiple occupants sustained injuries, though officials confirmed they were not life-threatening. Emergency crews provided initial medical aid on-site, and at least one injured individual was transported to a nearby hospital for further care. Traffic along the exit ramp was briefly halted to allow for the safe removal of damaged vehicles. The crash remains under investigation, and no citations have been issued as of now.
