Charlotte Co, FL – Two-Car Crash on I-75 NB Before MM 149 Causes Injuries

Charlotte Co, FL (May 12, 2025) – A two-vehicle injury crash occurred early Monday morning in Charlotte County on I-75 North, just before mile marker 149. According to FL511, the collision resulted in the blockage of the two right northbound lanes, with the latest update provided at 3:02 a.m.

Emergency responders, including Charlotte County Fire & EMS and Florida Highway Patrol, arrived at the scene shortly after the crash was reported. Initial reports indicate that two vehicles collided in the northbound lanes under unclear circumstances. Firefighters assisted with vehicle stabilization and debris removal while paramedics treated the injured at the scene.
