Chattanooga, TN – Crash on I-75 near Ooltewah Ends in Injuries

Chattanooga, TN (March 15, 2023) – At least one victim was left injured as a result of a car crash that took place in the Chattanooga area.

At approximately 6:20 p.m. on March 14, the Tennessee Highway Patrol was notified that an automobile collision had occurred on Interstate 75.

Authorities arrived at the scene and located the involved vehicles blocking the left lane of travel near the exit for Ooltewah. Emergency crews immediately blocked off the two left lanes of the road, causing delays throughout the area.

A tow truck at the scene removed a white sedan that was involved in the accident.

An unknown number of people were transported to area hospitals for the treatment of injuries following this crash.

The incident remains under investigation.
