Chattanooga, TN – Injury Accident Reported on I-75 near East Brainerd Exit

Chattanooga, TN (February 19, 2023) – The Tennessee Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the Chattanooga area that left at least one person injured on Saturday evening, February 18.

At around 5:20 p.m., a collision occurred on the northbound side of the interstate. The incident prompted officials to block off multiple lanes on the road near the exit for East Brainerd.

Authorities worked to clear the road of debris and damaged vehicles. Medical personnel rendered aid to the victims on-site before transporting them to local hospitals.

The accident remains under investigation.
