Chattanooga, TN – Injury Crash on I-75 SB near Exit 150

Chattanooga, TN (January 3, 2026) – Emergency responders were dispatched to a traffic collision with injuries on southbound Interstate 75 near Exit 150 in Hamilton County on Friday evening.

Authorities say the crash occurred around 6:25 p.m. on I-75 southbound, prompting crews from Chattanooga Fire and Rescue to respond quickly to assist those involved.
