Chattanooga, TN – Injury Crash on I-75 SB Near Exit 3 

Chattanooga, TN (March 4, 2025) – A crash resulting in injuries was reported on March 3 on Interstate 75 southbound between East Brainerd Road (Exit 3) and I-24 (Exit 2). The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) confirmed the incident and dispatched emergency units to the scene. Emergency responders, including the Chattanooga Police Department and medical personnel, arrived on-site to assess and assist those injured. At least one individual required transportation to a local hospital for further treatment, while others received on-site medical evaluations. Authorities worked to clear the accident scene and investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
