Chattanooga, TN – Injury Crash on SB I-75
Chattanooga, TN (May 1, 2025) – A crash occurred Thursday morning at approximately 10:45 a.m. on the southbound lanes of I-75, blocking the left three lanes between Hwy 153/Exit 4 and East Brainerd Rd/Exit 3. The collision has caused severe traffic congestion, with stopped traffic stretching back to Shallowford Rd/Exit 5, creating significant delays for commuters in the area.
Emergency crews, including Chattanooga EMS and local fire units, quickly responded to the scene. Paramedics treated the individuals involved, and at least one person has been reported injured. This individual was transported to a nearby hospital for further medical evaluation and treatment. The extent of the injuries has not yet been disclosed by authorities.
