Chattanooga, TN – Injury Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-75 SB Ramp to I-24 WB

Chattanooga, TN (November 16, 2025) – Several people were injured on Sunday, November 16, after a multi-vehicle crash on the Interstate 75 southbound ramp connecting to I-24 west in Hamilton County. The collision occurred shortly after 9:00 a.m., when multiple cars collided while merging onto the busy interchange. Local authorities reported that at least three vehicles were involved, though the exact number of occupants remains under review.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) and Chattanooga Police responded quickly, securing the ramp and directing traffic away from the scene. Paramedics evaluated victims on-site, and at least one injured individual required transport to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Traffic on the ramp was restricted for more than an hour as responding units cleared debris and assessed the damaged vehicles.

Investigators noted significant lane blockage due to where the vehicles came to rest. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
