Chattanooga, TN – Multi-Vehicle Crash with Injuries on I-75 NB Ramp from Ringgold Rd

Chattanooga, TN (October 17, 2025) – Emergency crews responded on Wednesday morning, October 15, to a crash with injuries involving multiple vehicles on the northbound ramp of I-75 from Ringgold Rd in Chattanooga. The incident was reported around 4:21 a.m., prompting a response from Chattanooga Fire, EMS, and law enforcement.

Upon arrival, first responders located several damaged vehicles and provided medical assistance to the injured. At least one person was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The extent of the injuries has not yet been confirmed.
