Chattanooga, TN – Police & Firefighters Called to Injury Crash on I-75 near Exit 11

Chattanooga, TN (January 3, 2023) – Emergency officials were called to provide assistance at the scene of a traffic accident that took place in the Chattanooga area that ended in injuries. At around 11:20 a.m. on January 2, the Kentucky State police responded to a traffic accident that blocked southbound Interstate 75.

According to law enforcement, a traffic accident took place on the southbound side of Interstate 75 in the area near exit 11. The accident prompted emergency officials to block off several lanes as they worked to clear the roadway.

Three vehicles were spotted at the scene of the accident.

Police and firefighters secure the area and worked to clear the scene.

At least one person suffered injuries and was transported to a local hospital for medical care.
