Cincinnati, OH – Accident with Injuries Reported on I-75 near Western Ave

Cincinnati, OH (March 3, 2023) – On March 2, authorities were called to provide assistance at the scene of a car crash that took place in the Cincinnati area and ended in injuries.

The accident was reported at around 3:40 p.m. on Thursday.

According to officials, a collision between vehicles blocked the southbound side of Interstate 75. The accident prompted officials to close off the roadway near Western Avenue as they provided assistance. The Ohio Department of Transportation reported that delays in traffic were seen extending back to Hopple Street as emergency crews worked to clear the road.

At least one of the involved parties suffered injuries that required further medical care. After receiving treatment at the scene, the victims were transported to local hospitals.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation at this time.
