Cincinnati, OH – Car Collision on I-75 N Leaves One Injured
Cincinnati, OH (March 13, 2025) – A car crash with injuries occurred on Thursday on I-75 North, approximately one mile beyond the I-74 interchange (MM 4.8), blocking the right lane and causing significant traffic delays. The incident was reported by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) and involved a collision between a passenger vehicle and the guardrail, which resulted in the vehicle rolling over. Emergency responders, including ambulances and the Cincinnati Fire Department, quickly arrived at the scene to manage the situation.
According to ODOT, the driver of the passenger vehicle sustained injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The exact nature of the injuries remains unknown at this time. Fortunately, no fatalities were reported. The Cincinnati Fire Department assisted with the vehicle extraction and ensured the safety of all involved.
Traffic was slowed significantly during the incident, with the right lane remaining blocked for about 90 minutes while crews worked to clear the wreckage.
