Cincinnati, OH – Four-Vehicle Crash with Injuries and Fire on Western Hills Viaduct Ramp
Cincinnati, OH (October 15, 2025) – A four-car crash with injuries and fire was reported Monday afternoon, October 13, on the Western Hills Viaduct ramp leading to southbound I-75 near 75th St. The incident occurred around 1:19 p.m. and prompted an immediate response from local emergency crews.
Authorities confirmed that multiple vehicles were involved, with one catching fire following the collision. Firefighters quickly extinguished the flames while medical personnel assisted several injured individuals at the scene. At least one person was transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation.
