Cincinnati, OH – Injury Accident Reported on I-75 near I-74 (Exit 4)

Cincinnati, OH (March 14, 2023) – At 4:00 p.m. on March 13, the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the scene of an automobile accident that took place in the Cincinnati area and ended in injuries.

Official reports indicate that vehicles collided on the northbound side of Interstate 75 during the early evening hours. The incident prompted the Ohio State Highway Patrol and local firefighters to close off the northbound side of the road near Exit 4 at Interstate 74.

Emergency crews responded to the scene to provide assistance. Paramedics were notified that they were needed at the scene to treat injured victims and transport them to local hospitals.

The incident remains under investigation by OSHP at this time.
