Cincinnati, OH – Injury Crash Blocks Lanes on I-75 North in Camp Washington

Cincinnati, OH (May 15, 2025) – A crash involving injuries disrupted traffic Tuesday along Interstate 75 North near the 4.1 mile marker in the Camp Washington neighborhood, leading to significant delays and lane closures.

The accident occurred on May 13 and prompted a rapid response from Cincinnati police and fire departments. Emergency teams arrived quickly to assess the scene and provide medical care to those involved. At least one individual sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was treated on-site. It is not yet confirmed whether hospital transport was required.

Due to the crash location and severity, authorities shut down the three left lanes of northbound I-75. The closures led to heavy traffic backups through this major corridor, which is often crowded with both commuter and commercial traffic.
