Cincinnati, OH – Injury Crash Reported on I-75 SB Near Freeman Exit

Cincinnati, OH (November 12, 2025) – Emergency crews responded Monday morning, November 10, to a vehicle accident with injuries on southbound Interstate 75 near the Freeman Avenue exit in Cincinnati.

According to reports, the crash occurred around 9:58 AM and involved at least one vehicle that came to rest in the far right lane and on the adjacent grass. Fire, emergency medical services, and police units were dispatched to the scene to assist those injured and manage traffic in the area.

Paramedics treated at least one person for injuries before transporting them to a nearby hospital for additional care. The extent of the injuries has not been disclosed. Traffic was slowed as crews cleared the scene and reopened affected lanes.

Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances that led to the crash.
