Cincinnati, OH (October 27, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision on I-75 North near Harrison Avenue left several people injured on Monday afternoon, October 27. The Ohio Department of Transportation reported that the crash blocked three right lanes, causing significant traffic delays through the West End area. Cincinnati Police and Fire Department crews arrived quickly to assist victims and manage the scene.
