Cincinnati, OH (September 25, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision occurred early Tuesday morning, September 23, on I-75 Northbound near the 8.5-mile marker in Cincinnati.

The crash, reported around 4:00 a.m., involved four to five vehicles. Emergency crews responded and assisted a woman driving a Toyota Camry who reported shoulder pain. Authorities have not yet confirmed additional injuries or the extent of damage to other vehicles involved.
