Cincinnati, OH – Semi-Truck Crash with Injuries on I-75 NB

Cincinnati, OH (May 14, 2025) – A two-vehicle injury crash occurred on Wednesday afternoon involving a semi-trailer on I-75 northbound in the West End neighborhood of Cincinnati. The crash took place around 2:25 p.m. and led to the closure of multiple lanes, creating significant delays for motorists in the area.

According to Cincinnati Police and local media outlets, the collision involved a passenger vehicle and a semi-truck traveling northbound on I-75. The impact caused heavy damage to the smaller vehicle, while the semi-trailer came to a stop across multiple lanes, blocking traffic flow in the area. Emergency medical personnel responded promptly and transported at least one individual to a local hospital with injuries sustained in the crash. Their current condition remains unknown.
