Cincinnati, OH – Update: Two Men Lose Lives in Car Crash on I-75 near Harrison Ave

Cincinnati, OH (March 7, 2023) – The Ohio State Highway Patrol has confirmed that a second victim has passed away following the car crash that took place in Cincinnati last week on Interstate 75.

Cincinnati, OH – Two Men Lose Lives in Car Crash on I-75 near Harrison AveAuthorities confirmed that on February 26, a collision between vehicles took place on Interstate 75 in the area near Harrison Avenue.

Preliminary reports show that a Chevrolet Silverado was traveling on Interstate 75 when it crashed into a Chevrolet Cobalt. The impact of the crash sent the Cobalt into a Transit van.

The front seat passenger of the Cobalt, Charlie Harris, 71, was rushed to a UC Medical Center for emergency care. Authorities confirmed that he passed away from his injuries on March 5.

A man that was standing outside of the cobalt, identified as George Jordan, was also fatally injured.

A 7-year-old child was transported to Children’s Hospital for emergency care.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
