Clayton Co, GA – Injury Crash on I-75 NB Near Mt Zion Blvd
Clayton Co, GA (April 10, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash involving injuries occurred late Thursday night on I-75 northbound near Mt Zion Blvd (Exit 231), blocking three lanes and causing major traffic disruption. The incident was reported at approximately 11:10 p.m., prompting a rapid response from emergency services and a travel advisory for drivers.
According to initial reports, several vehicles collided in the northbound lanes under circumstances that are still under investigation. Emergency medical services arrived at the scene and provided aid to at least two individuals who sustained non-life-threatening injuries. One of the injured was transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation, while another was treated on-site.
Firefighters assisted with vehicle removal and scene safety, while law enforcement officers temporarily closed three lanes of I-75 to manage traffic and secure the area.
