Cleveland, TN – Injury Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-75 NB at P. Huff Pkwy Exit

Cleveland, TN (May 31, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash occurred on May 30 in Cleveland, Tennessee, along the northbound lanes of Interstate 75, just after the Paul Huff Parkway exit, leaving one person injured. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the accident occurred in the mid-afternoon and involved at least three vehicles. Multiple units from THP and Cleveland City Services arrived promptly to secure the scene and assist the victims. One individual was assessed at the scene for injuries and later transported to a local hospital for further evaluation. The other occupants were reportedly unharmed and declined medical attention. The Tennessee Highway Patrol is conducting an active investigation to determine the cause of the incident.
