Cobb Co, GA – Crash with Injuries on I-75 S Exit to I-285 EB
Cobb Co, GA (May 7, 2025) – A two-vehicle injury crash occurred Wednesday morning on the I-75 southbound exit to I-285 eastbound in Cobb County. The incident was reported at approximately 9:29 a.m. and resulted in the left lane being blocked, causing significant delays during the busy morning commute. Authorities have indicated that the estimated time for clearing the scene is 9:30 a.m., but motorists are advised to use alternative routes to avoid further congestion.
According to the Georgia Department of Transportation and local emergency responders, Cobb County Fire Rescue and EMS were quick to respond to the scene. At least one individual sustained injuries and was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
