Cobb Co., GA – Injury Crash on I-75 SB Near Northside Pkwy

Cobb County, GA (April 6, 2025) – On the afternoon of April 5, a multi-vehicle accident with injuries occurred on Interstate 75 southbound near the Northside Parkway exit (Exit 256). According to the Cobb County Police Department, the crash involved multiple vehicles and resulted in several individuals sustaining injuries. Emergency medical personnel responded quickly and treated some victims at the scene, while others were transported to nearby hospitals for additional care.

The severity of the crash required both travel lanes and emergency lanes to be blocked as responders cleared the scene and ensured the safety of all involved. Damaged vehicles, some with significant front-end and side impacts, were seen being towed away from the area. The cause of the accident is currently under investigation by Cobb County traffic authorities.
