Cobb Co., GA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-75 NB at N 120 Loop Causes Injuries

Cobb County, GA (March 27, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision on northbound Interstate 75 near the North 120 Loop (Exit 265) resulted in injuries on March 27. The Georgia State Patrol, along with local emergency medical services, arrived at the scene to assist the injured and manage the accident site. Initial reports indicate that multiple vehicles were involved in the crash, leading to injuries among the occupants. At least one person required transportation to a nearby medical facility, while others received on-site treatment for non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities worked to clear the damaged vehicles and reopen lanes as quickly as possible.   The cause of the accident is still under investigation. Motorists were advised to take alternative routes as cleanup efforts continued.
