Collier County, FL – Injuries Reported in Traffic Wreck on Everglades Parkway (I-75) near Exit 105

Collier County, FL (February 2, 2023) – An automobile accident was reported in Collier County on Wednesday morning that sent at least one of the involved parties to a local hospital with injuries.

On February 1, calls for help were received regarding a car crash on Interstate 75, Everglades Parkway, just after 7 a.m.

Reports from officials show that the collision blocked the southbound side of the roadway near Exit 105 at the Golden gate Parkway.

The incident prompted officials to close off the exit ramp as they worked to clear the scene.

Paramedics were called to the site of the accident to provide care to the victims who suffered injuries. At least one of the people involved was transported to a local hospital.

The Florida Highway Patrol is currently investigating the cause of the crash.
