Columbia County, FL – FHP Responds to Injury Accident on I-75 near MM 415

Columbia County, FL (February 20, 2023) – An automobile accident took place in Columbia County on Saturday evening that left at least one person injured.

At around 11:20 p.m. on February 18, emergency crews were dispatched to provide assistance on-site at a vehicle collision that occurred on the northbound side of Interstate 75.

Authorities responded to the scene and closed off the two right lanes on the road near mile marker 415.

Authorities worked to remove the damaged vehicles and debris from the roadway.

At least one person sustained injuries in the accident and had to be transported to a local hospital for further care.

The incident remains under investigation at this time.
