Dayton, OH – Injury Crash on I-75 S/Stanley Ave. Prompts Emergency Response

Dayton, OH (May 18, 2025) – First responders in Dayton were dispatched to a crash with injuries on the southbound lanes of Interstate 75 near Stanley Avenue during the early afternoon of May 18. According to the Dayton Police Department, the collision occurred just after 1:30 p.m. and involved at least two vehicles. One person was transported to the hospital with injuries described as moderate but not life-threatening. Two other individuals involved declined transport and were assessed at the scene by medics. Traffic was temporarily redirected as officers worked to secure the area and document the accident for further investigation. Officials have not yet determined the exact cause, but driver distraction is being considered.
