Dayton, OH – Two-Vehicle Accident on I-75 Near Dayton Causes Multiple Injuries
Dayton, OH (July 12, 2024) – A two-vehicle accident on I-75 near Dayton resulted in multiple injuries on Thursday, July 11th. The crash occurred around 4 p.m. in the contraflow lane of I-75 South. Montgomery County Dispatch reported that sheriff deputies, along with state troopers and emergency medical services, responded to the scene. The collision involved a semi-tractor trailer and another vehicle, causing injuries to approximately five individuals. The injured victims received immediate medical attention on-site before being transported to local hospitals for further evaluation. Some injuries were reported as serious, but no fatalities have been confirmed at this time. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the accident to determine the sequence of events that led to the collision.
