Dayton, OH – Two-Vehicle Crash on I-75 Injures One Near County Line
Dayton, OH (January 4, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash involving an official vehicle caused injuries on Interstate 75 northbound near the Montgomery–Miami County Line Road on Sunday, January 5. The Ohio State Highway Patrol reported the collision occurred around 4:30 a.m.
At least one person was injured in the crash and received medical evaluation. That individual was later transported to a medical facility for further treatment. The second party was assessed at the scene. Northbound lanes were shut down for approximately one hour while troopers investigated and cleared the roadway.
Traffic resumed once vehicles were removed. Authorities continue to review the circumstances surrounding the crash.
