Detroit, MI – Crash on I-75 near 8 Mile Rd Ends in Injuries

Detroit, MI (February 3, 2023) – The Michigan State Police out of Wayne County responded to the scene of a traffic crash that took place on Friday morning that resulted in injuries.

On February 3, calls for help were received regarding a traffic crash on Interstate 75.

Reports from authorities indicate that just before 7:30 a.m., a vehicle collision blocked the southbound side of the interstate near 8 Mile Road. The incident blocks both shoulders of the roadway, causing disruptions in traffic.

Emergency crews responded to care for the victims who suffered injuries. At least one of the involved parties was transported to a local hospital for further medical care.

The state police out of Michigan are currently investigating the crash.
