Detroit, MI – Injuries Reported in Car Crash on I-75 near Warren Ave

Detroit, MI (March 6, 2023) – At 5:05 a.m. on March 5, Troopers with the Maryland State Police responded to the scene of a car crash that took place in the Detroit area and ended in injuries.

According to officials, a collision between vehicles blocked the left lane of travel on the southbound side of Interstate 75.

The incident prompted officials to close off the roadway near Warren Avenue at exit 53. Stop-and-go traffic was reported in the area that extended back to Interstate 94.

At least one person suffered injuries and had to be transported to a local hospital for emergency care.

The state police are currently investigating the accident.
