Detroit, MI – Motorcycle and Vehicle Collision on NB I-75 Causes Injuries

Detroit, MI (November 22, 2024) – A motorcycle and an unidentified vehicle were involved in a collision on northbound I-75 between Forman and Pleasant on Thursday, November 21. The crash resulted in injuries and prompted a swift response from Detroit Fire Department’s Engine 48, Detroit Police Department’s 4th Precinct, and emergency medical services. The accident, which occurred during the afternoon hours, caused significant disruption in traffic flow, particularly near the Schaefer exit. Emergency personnel arrived on the scene to assist those injured and manage the traffic. The motorcyclist reportedly sustained moderate injuries and was transported to a nearby medical facility for further evaluation. The status of the other driver involved remains unclear.
