Detroit, MI – Multi-Vehicle Crash on SB I-75 & Mack Ave Leaves Several Hurt

Detroit, MI (February 23, 2025) – A serious multi-vehicle accident occurred on southbound Interstate 75 near Mack Avenue on February 23, leaving multiple people injured. Detroit Fire Department Battalion Chief 1 confirmed that several individuals sustained injuries in the crash. Emergency medical teams, including four EMS units and two Detroit EMS supervisors, responded quickly to assist the victims.

Some patients received on-site medical attention, while others were transported to nearby hospitals for further evaluation. The collision caused significant delays in the area as authorities worked to clear the wreckage and restore normal traffic flow. Investigations into the cause of the accident are currently underway.
