Detroit, MI – NB I-75 After I-96 Two-Car Injury Crash

Detroit, MI (April 29, 2025) – A two-car crash injury occurred Tuesday morning, April 29, along the northbound lanes of Interstate 75 shortly after the Interstate 96 interchange in Wayne County, blocking the right lane and disrupting traffic in the area. The incident was first reported at approximately 10:02 a.m.

According to early updates from local traffic monitoring agencies, two vehicles collided under unknown circumstances as they traveled northbound on I-75. The crash led to the closure of the right lane, causing backups and delays for drivers heading through the downtown Detroit corridor.
