Dry Ridge, KY – Several Hurt in I-75 NB Crash Between KY-22 and KY-491 Exits

Dry Ridge, KY (April 19, 2025) – Multiple people sustained injuries in a crash that took place on April 18 in Dry Ridge along Interstate 75 northbound between the KY-22/KY-467 Exit 159 and the KY-491/Exit 166. Kentucky State Police were called to the scene around 6:30 p.m. after several vehicles were involved in a crash during the evening rush hour. Initial reports indicate that traffic congestion may have contributed to the collision, which involved at least three passenger vehicles.

First responders from Grant County Emergency Services attended to the injured. Multiple individuals were transported to local medical facilities with moderate injuries, while another was evaluated and treated at the scene. Thankfully, no fatalities have been reported. Officials are currently reviewing traffic footage and witness statements to determine the cause of the accident.
