Flint, MI – Auto Wreck with Injuries Reported on I-75 near I-69
Flint, MI (January 25, 2023) – Emergency officials out of Flint were dispatched to provide assistance at the scene of a traffic crash that had taken place early Tuesday morning that ended in injuries.
The Michigan Department of Transportation notified the Michigan State Police and local firefighters that a traffic crash occurred on Interstate 75 on January 24.
At around 7:45 a.m., authorities were called to provide care at the scene of a crash, which took place on the southbound side of the interstate. The incident caused stop-and-go traffic that extended between Interstate 69 and Michigan State Route 21 at exit 118.
The Michigan Department of Transportation reported extensive delays in traffic throughout the area.
The police and firefighters worked to remove the vehicles involved in the crash from the scene.
At least one person suffered injuries due to the accident and was transported to a local hospital.
Investigations are currently underway.
