Ft. Myers, FL – Four Hospitalized Following Crash on NB I-75 On-Ramp

Fort Myers, FL (May 18, 2025) – A serious vehicle crash on the northbound on-ramp of Interstate 75 in Lee County sent four people to local hospitals Friday morning, May 16, according to the Fort Myers Police Department. Authorities say the crash occurred around 9:30 a.m. near the Colonial Boulevard entrance ramp. First responders, including paramedics and officers from the Fort Myers Police Department, arrived swiftly and began assisting those involved. Four individuals sustained various injuries. All were transported to a medical facility for treatment. None of the injuries were reported to be life-threatening at the time of transport. Officers are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
