Fulton Co, GA – Midtown Crash Injures Motorist on I-75/85 N
Fulton Co, GA (April 7, 2025) – A crash occurred on April 7 in Midtown Atlanta on Interstate 75/85 North near the North Ave exit (249D), resulting in injuries and temporary traffic disruption through the downtown corridor. The incident took place around 9:00 p.m., according to local traffic reports, and briefly blocked the center lanes before responders cleared the area.
Emergency crews, including Atlanta Police, EMS, and the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department, responded quickly to the scene. At least one person sustained injuries and was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital. The extent of the injuries remains unknown, and no fatalities have been reported at this time.
